REV substitutions per site for context-unconserved 4D sites

REV model estimates for 4D sites where at least one of the aligned codons is a 4D codon and the first two bases are not conserved. These are estimates of the number of substitutions per site of various kinds in the evolution of the human and mouse genomes from their common ancestor. This is derived from the frequencies of bases paired in the alignment. Table rows are the original ancestrally base that is replaced and the columns are the arising base.
